Ladybird’s Story

They coordinated with Virginia Beach SPCA, who welcomed Ladybird and gave her a day of pampering, including a bath and a special treat.
Once Ladybird’s story became known, multiple pet organizations came together, raising funds for her journey home and ensuring she received necessary medical care and supplies.
Reunion and Relief
Thanks to the generosity of these organizations, Ladybird was able to return to North Carolina, where she had a joyous reunion with her grandma. Both were ecstatic to be together again after such a long, difficult period.
