Stray Rescue of St. Louis in Missouri is known for its incredible stories of canine rescues. In March 2024, their team faced yet another challenging situation.
They received an urgent report about a dog tied to a tree in the city, and they quickly sprang into action.
Upon arriving, they were prepared for a tough rescue, but what they witnessed was astonishing!
“This pup was tied up outside. As we approached him, he seemed to say ‘oh thank goodness, yes come help me! I’m all by myself! I’m just a baby boy!’,” the rescue wrote on Facebook.
Upon arrival at his new foster home, an incredible surprise awaited.
Unexpectedly, he was reunited with his foster mom from his puppy days. Barb Kumar, who had cared for him and his sister as tiny pups, welcomed him back.
The reunion was filled with kisses and cuddles. This time, Professor Plum met two new foster siblings instead of his sister.

The entire family welcomed him with open hearts, bringing immense joy to the rescued Pittie.
After overcoming so many challenges, Professor Plum now had a safe place filled with love and new adventures.
